Casa Xel-ha 2 is located in the most prestigious neighborhood of Acapulco called Diamante (Diamond). Acapulco Diamante is the home of world famous Singer Luis Miguel, whose beachfront home is minutes away from your vacation property. Just to appreciate the value you will receive by renting this home, lets make a price comparison to staying at the Special Class Mayan Palace Hotel property, where Casa Xel-ha is located. Remember, this home rests on the property of the Mayan Palace Hotel which is what they call A Special Category (greater than 5 Stars) and includes the membership to the Mayan Palace Country Club (Golf, Tennis, Aquatic Park, and Hotel access) .

Price is per night, 7 night stay. 50% required at time of reservation. $300 USD security required and will be returned within 2 week following successful return of the Keys, Access Cards, and inventory/cleaning inspection.
Check in 4pm (or earlier if nobody is finishing renting the day of your arrival) , Check Out 11am.

Our payment policy is down payment of 50 % of your full rental fee at time of your reservation. The remainder  is due  30 days from your reservation date.  Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to rental date receive full refund (minus 5% transaction fee),  Cancellations received within 30 days of rental date will not receive a refund.
