CASA
XELHA consists of 3 guest bedrooms and a 4th rooftop bedroom for up to 2 children or many Mexican Families
bring their help with them to the beach (all with air conditioning),. All
rooms include a private bath. There is a living room with a large built
in couch where 2 additional individuals can sleep very comfortably.
Each guest bedroom has a king-size bed with its own private balcony.

There is a full kitchen with a large refrigerator, gas stove, microwave,
dishwasher and a full set of kitchen utensils and appliances to make you feel right at home.
You can choose to stock up for your vacation stay, and feel in the
comfort of your own kitchen (or as you may know Acapulco is filled
with night life including many fabulous 5 star restaurants).

After a long day on the beach, or 18 holes of golf, you can relax
in the evening in your large living room with 30" television
and a connection to Direct TV, leaving you very well connected to
the rest of the world if you choose. To top it off, the family room
sports an official Billiard Table and access to the shared outdoor/indoor
bar making evenings a pleasure to enjoy with your vacation partners.
After a warm day on the beautiful Princess Beach (only a short
walk across the street), relax in your home in the built in pool in
the back yard which overlooks the 14th hole of the Mayan Country Club.
Enjoy the outdoor wet bar
while you relax in the comfort of this fabulous pool and a beautiful
view of Las Brisas mountain side.

The Sea Garden Beach Club maintains a small supermarket for you
to buy any basic necessities. Minutes away, by car there is a
COSTCO
(bring your membership card from the USA, its valid in Mexico).
The COSTCO is a great place to stock up for for a full week's
stay. You can use
the Sea Garden Market for small purchases (but you will be surprised,
they have just about everything you need, in a bind). We decided
to build a special part to our home in Acapulco. On the third floor
of our home, we have built a wonderful sun-deck with built in Jacuzzi.
The Sundeck overlooks the golf course but is extremely private for
you to enjoy the warm Acapulco sun from above. The idea we had is
that after a long day at the beach, you can choose to unwind/relax
and watch the sun set over the ocean while sipping a glass of wine
and enjoying some quiet time in the Jacuzzi. The sun-deck is also
private and allows for some incredible and secluded sun bathing.
